Maaliskuu jo kolkuttaa ovella. Täytyy todeta, että aika todellakin menee liian nopeasti. Vastahan tämäkin vuosi saatiin käyntiin ja nyt ollaan jo lähes kevään puolivälissä. Ei tietenkään haittaa, lämpö ja aurinko ovat mitä tervetulleimpia. Nyt tarvitaan kaikki mahdollinen energia ja tsemppaus. Aloitin virallisesti työkokeilu/harjoitteluni 18.2, josta mainitsinkin jo aiemmissa blogiteksteissäni. Työkokeilupaikkanani tämän kevään aikana toimii Fida International ry ( https://www.fida.info/ )ja teen kokeilun heidän päätoimistollaan kehitysyhteistyöosastolla. Fida International ry:n juuret ovat eri helluntaiseurakunnissa ja ennen se tunnettiin nimellä Suomen Vapaa Ulkolähetys. Fida toimii kehitysyhteistyön, lähetystyön, humanitaarisen avuna sekä kierrätystoiminnan parissa. Overall well-being comes from heart

I believe that most of us can relate to this phrase. Mental health is one of the most important part of our overall well-being. I have personally witnessed it many times in my youth during the problems with self-esteem and melancholy. However, it is very small sorrow compared to what really make people to feel depressed f.ex. with suicidal thoughts. What drives us so deep in thoughts that we don't feel like getting up? I guess that social media has been accused many times. There’s been discussion how young people are depressed by the influence of social media because of the constant competition and comparison. In recent years, there has also been an intense debate around the world about how bullying has moved to the social media and how anyone can criticize another anonymously. Day trip to Tallinn 15.2.2019

Many of us have been more than enough in this city. After all, there are many cruise routes from Helsinki to Tallinn every day and there are also cheap flights. I had a very nice day and Tallinn will never disappoint with the attractions and atmosphere. Especially the most famous tourist area, the Old Town, is my favorite because of history. I could spend all my time there walking around and have a cup of coffee. I had a company so it wasn't boring even I have used to travel alone. First, we went to Sadamarket, which is the so-called Market Hall next to the harbor. I bought a handbag from there because my old one was too small.
